👉 Please contact us quickly via the contact form, sending us:
- photos of the package
- photos of the damaged product(s)
⏱️ Ideally within 3 days after delivery
We will get back to you with an appropriate solution (exchange, refund, etc.).

If you notice an issue at the time of delivery:

- refuse the package if it is open, incomplete, or damaged
- or make reservations/remarks with the carrier
