If the damage only concerns your package and you wish to return an item from your order, you can use any other box to make the return.
Using your returns label, which you can download from your customer area, you can return your product to us free of charge.
If the product(s) is/are also damaged, we ask you to send us, within 3 days, photos of the damage to the parcel and the product using our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
