If your order is marked as delivered but one or more items are missing, don’t worry 🙂
There may be several reasons for this.
📦 Your order has been shipped in multiple parcels
Some items may be sent separately (availability, warehouse location, etc.).
👉 In this case:
- you will receive several parcels
- you will be informed by email
👉 Please check your emails as well as your order tracking information.
🔍 Checks to carry out
Before contacting us, we recommend that you:
- check your order details in your customer account
- review your emails (multiple shipments may have been sent)
- check the tracking information to see if another parcel is still being delivered
📞 Is an item still missing?
If, after these checks, an item is still missing:

Please include:
- your order number
- the item(s) concerned
