If you have received an email indicating that your parcel has been delivered, but you have not received it at your home address or collected it from a relay point, please first check that the parcel has not been given to a neighbour. Then use the tracking link provided by the carrier to check whether it has been dropped off at a relay point. Make sure you also check your letterbox.
If, after 24 hours, you still haven't received any news about the delivery of your parcel, please contact our Customer Service department using the contact form. Our team will open an investigation and request proof of delivery from the carrier.
If you dispute the signature sent to you, we invite you to draw up a handwritten affidavit of non-receipt of the parcel in order to be compensated, together with a photocopy of your identity card.
