You have 100 days from the date of your order to return products that do not suit you free of charge.
In accordance with the law, you also have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order, without having to provide a reason. This statutory period is automatically included in the extended 100-day commercial return period granted by Hardloop.
After this period, returns are no longer accepted.
Once your return parcel has been received and approved by our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 14 days maximum.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed 📩
Overall, the time between sending your return parcel and receiving your refund may be up to 3 weeks, depending on shipping and processing times.
