These products ensure the safety of the user and therefore cannot be put back into the sales cycle after being returned.
In addition, the return of smartwatches and Oakley X Meta glasses is only accepted if the packaging has remained sealed and has not been opened. Any unsealed packaging or activation of the device will make the product ineligible for return.
