You have the option to return one or more items for free within 100 days. Returned products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached and unworn.

Clothes and shoes that are tested indoors for size or size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, worn, or for reasons of hygiene.
❌ We do not offer exchanges. To change the size or colour, you will need to place a new order.
⚠️ Category III PPE (harnesses, ice screws, ropes, carabiners, belay systems, ice axes, etc.) are not eligible for return for safety reasons.
We also reserve the right to refuse the return of smartwatches and Oakley X Meta glasses whose packaging is no longer sealed. Any unsealed packaging or activation of the device will render the product unsuitable for return.
