These products ensure the safety of the user and therefore cannot be reintroduced into the sales circuit after a return.
Furthermore, smartwatches and Oakley X Meta glasses can only be returned if the packaging remains sealed and has not been opened. Any unsealed packaging or activation of the device will render the product unsuitable for return.
