A slight delivery delay can happen, particularly during busy periods or if the carrier encounters unexpected issues π
π¦ Check your parcel tracking
Start by checking your tracking information:
in the email entitled βYour order has been dispatchedβ
in your customer account, under My orders
π You can also read our article: How can I track my parcel?
This allows you to check:
your parcel's current location
the estimated delivery date
any delivery issues
β±οΈ Check the delivery times
The delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on:
the carrier
the destination
the time of year (sales, holidays, etc.)
π Read our article: What are the delivery times?
π Why is my parcel late?
A delay can be caused by several situations:
the parcel is in transit between two logistics centres
the carrier is experiencing an issue (weather conditions, high parcel volumes, etc.)
a delivery attempt has failed
π In most cases, the tracking information is updated automatically.
β³ When should I be concerned?
We recommend waiting:
24 to 48 hours after the estimated delivery date
π If the tracking information has not changed after this period, it is best to contact us.
