You have not received an order e-mail confirmation, here is how to check that your order is registered:
- Check first that the email "Order confirmation" has not arrived in your mailbox in the section: "Junk mail"
- Then, look in the "My Hardloop: Your Orders & Returns" section of your Hardloop account if your order has been registered, or not.
If, despite everything, you do not find the confirmation of your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service serviceclient@hardloop.fr which will inform you.
