You have not received an e-mail confirmation for your order, here is how to check that your order has been successful:
- For a starter, make sure that the email "Order confirmation" has not arrived in your mailbox in the section: "Junk mail"
- Then, look in the "My Hardloop: Your Orders & Returns" section of your Hardloop account if your order has been registered, or not.
