What if I want to return one or more articles ?
Nothing is easier and we offer you the return costs!
You have a period of 100 days from the date of order to make your return. To be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, new and unworn.
To make sure the process will work, please follow those steps:
- Go to your customer area on: My orders & returning an item
Important: If you have ordered as a guest and do not have a customer account, you can easily request a password using the "Forgotten password" button with your guest order email address. After successfully creating a password and logging into your customer account, follow the steps below.
- Click on: Return item
- Choose the item to return, then check: ✓ Refund my money or ✓ Exchange
- Click on Confirm your return then Download your return label

Return the item to its original packaging (shoebox, plastic packaging)

Put it in a parcel (for example: Hardloop carton)

Stick your label on your package
- Important notice for UK customers : You must also tape a plastic envelope on the parcel containing the customs document in two copies and the invoice in two copies. These documents will be also attached to the email you receive, after requesting a return label.

Drop off your package at a post office

Keep the receipt stamped by the post office.
We will refund you, or proceed the exchange within 14 days maximum of receiving your return package.
