What if I want to return one or more articles ?
Would you like to make a return? Nothing could be easier – and we provide you with the return label free of charge.
You have 100 days from the date of your order. To be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, new and unworn.
To do so, please follow these steps:
Go to your customer account under: My orders
(NB: If you ordered as a guest, please use the «forgot password» option with the email address used for your order as the login on our website).Click on: Return an item.
Choose the item and select ✓ Request a refund.
Click on Confirm your return, then Download your return label and print it.
Place the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic packaging).
Put it into a parcel (for example: the Hardloop box).
Attach your label to the parcel.
Drop off your parcel at the chosen collection point or at a post office.
Keep the receipt stamped by the post office, signed by the collection point, or the delivery notice left in your mailbox.
We will refund you within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your return parcel.
⚠️ Category III PPE (harnesses, ice screws, ropes, carabiners, belay systems, ice axes, etc.) are not eligible for return for safety reasons.
We also reserve the right to refuse the return of smartwatches and Oakley X Meta glasses whose packaging is no longer sealed. Any unsealed packaging or activation of the device will render the product unsuitable for return.
