In addition to the multiple delivery options, e.g. to your home or workplace, Hardloop also offers other ways to receive or return your items.
Deliveries at the post office, pick-up point or pick-up station are also at your disposal.
Delivery in post office
Do you want to have it delivered in a post office next to you or your job? It's possible!
Select the desired post office when placing your order:
- Find the Post Office nearest you!
- As soon as your package is delivered to the chosen post office, you receive an automatic email from Colissimo.
- Bring your ID and for even faster processing, the tracking number attached to the e-mail.
A person of your choice can also pick up your package. To do this, she must report to the post office concerned with a written letter stating that you authorize her to collect your parcel, her identity document and at least one copy of yours.
Good to know: Your package will be kept for the next 10 working days at La Poste after delivery.
Pickup Station Delivery and Pick-up Point
When choosing the delivery method, select the option "My Merchant by Colissimo". If a Pickup Station instruction is located near you, it appears in the list of options with its times.
To find a pick-up point, go to the "Colissimo pick-up points" page and enter your address. The withdrawal points will also be automatically offered to you at step 3 of validation of your order.
Once your Hardloop order has been validated, you will receive an email and / or an SMS as soon as your package arrives at Pickup Station with your two withdrawal codes.
Then go to the deposit. Touch the screen and select "Remove a package". Enter your 4-digit identification and verification codes received by email and / or SMS.
The locker containing your package opens automatically. Remove your package and close the locker.
