Can I change exchange an article ?

    Like banging your head against a brick wall.  I cannot get return label to work and it is nigh on impossible to contact the company.  I have received one email back asking how they can help, but nothing since.

    I have tried to report this company but as they are not in the UK despite misleading address "Hardloop UK, I cannot do anything, so have spent over £200 on a pair of boots that don't fit.  I just want to return them for an exchange.  The customer service is supposedly free, so "free" that it doesn't exist.  Might just have well thrown my money away
